End the old year with the ultimate, most festive collective thrill when we take a dip in the ice-cold North Sea at Søndervig Beach on New Year's Eve day.
The traditional West Jutland New Year’s cure usually attracts more than 5,000 bathers and spectators, and the energy and atmosphere on the beach are second to none.
Program
Søndervig Winter Bathing Festival takes place every year on the last day of the year, December 31st, at Søndervig Beach, at the end of Badevej.

All winter bathers will be served sparkling wine and kransekage (Danish New Year’s cake), FREE and with a smile.
